Meet Lee Jaworek
When I began Zenaviv, people weren’t sure about how it would work. So to prove the concept, I worked with two artists with autism (one of whom is my youngest son), and created cards and calendars for sale.
They were well-received and, thanks to the support of many, we could welcome two more artists into the Zenaviv family, with more expected on board within the coming months.
One of these new artists is Lee Jaworek. While he’s new to Zenaviv, he isn’t new to the Virginia art scene!
Lee holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Art Institute of Washington and his work has been exhibited in the Virginia State Capitol, at Virginia's Athenaeum Art Gallery, and at a Paula Poundstone performance and fundraiser at The Birchmere nightclub, among others. Most recently his piece "Sunflower" was seen on CBS Sunday Morning as part of their sun art collection. You can view "Sunflower" and more of Lee's art on his artist profile.
Please join me in welcoming Lee to the Zenaviv family!
